Who or What is a Kuma
Kuma was the owners' nearly one hundred pound Japanese Akita. The dogs were originally bred to hunt bears on the Asian continent. They are known to be very loyal to their handlers. A protective but affectionate breed. Kuma, which is Japanese for 'Bear' was the fitting name chosen due to the dog's heritage, and he was no exception to this. Even though he is no longer with us, he lives on as the company's mascot and logo.

During a second historical pandemic, more and more Americans began ordering their daily needs online. From groceries to electronics and everything in between, there wasn't a single person affected by supply chain issues. This continues to be a staggering problem even now. Kuma Trucking was formed to help with this problem because we are all tired of asking "where's my stuff?!" We are committed to not only doing our part to move the goods across America, but we are also working with businesses in South Florida to deliver that final mile assurance they can function and see another day.
